gift cards
Gift cards that expired prior to 2024 will be converted to one zen zone pass, or $50.00 spa gift credit.
Gift cards that expired in 2024 will retain a value of up to $100.00.
gift card usage
Gift cards are available for purchase. Services must be booked with a credit or debit card, then you will present the gift card at the time of service.
Gift cards cannot book services. You must book a service with a valid credit or debit card. Then, present your gift card at the time of service.
guests
Youth must be accompanied by adults at all time. Youth under 10 are only welcome to experience spa services. Zen Zone experiences for youth under 10 years of age must be booked through a group spa party.
Spa Parties
The spa facility fee covers the rental of the space. Services, products and gratutity will be paid for separately.
